Terms & Conditions
Plain-English service terms for ProLevel Cleaning quotes, bookings, payments, property access, and customer information.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information submitted through the website, photos provided, and property details discussed. Final pricing may vary depending on actual property condition, access, time required, or additional requests identified during the service.
Deep Cleaning Recommendations
Initial deep cleans may be recommended before ongoing residential maintenance cleaning can begin.
Add-On Services
Add-on services are subject to inspection, time availability, and final quote approval.
Access & Safety
Safe access to the property and working utilities are required for all services. Clients are encouraged to advise of any hazards, fragile items, delicate surfaces, or pre-existing damage prior to the service.
Payments
Invoices are due within 48 hours of the service unless otherwise agreed. A $10 late fee may apply after 48 hours overdue, plus an additional $5 per week while unpaid. Invoices unpaid for more than 30 days may be referred to a debt recovery service if reasonable payment communication has not been made.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
ProLevel Cleaning kindly requests a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible.
Cleaning Results
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible result, some stains, mould, buildup, marks, or general wear may not be fully removable depending on the condition and age of the surfaces.
Insurance & Property Care
ProLevel Cleaning is insured, and reasonable care is taken while working within client homes and workplaces. Any accidental damage believed to have occurred during a service should be reported within 24 hours so it can be reviewed appropriately.
Photos & Privacy
Uploaded photos are only used for quoting and service planning purposes. Customer information and property details are not sold or shared externally.
